Senior Manager – HR & Institution Building
Deepak is a qualified physician (BAMS) and postgraduate in hospital management. He also holds an MBA in HR from the coveted Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Deepak has around 9 years of diverse experience across IT/ITeS, healthcare, and Automotive/Manufacturing domain; both in operations as well as HR. Prior to joining Jeevanti, Deepak was associated with Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. as Manager – HR.
Mohit Wankhade
Manager - Projects
Mohit Wankhade is a seasoned healthcare management professional. Armed with a degree in commerce, he completed his post-graduation in hospital management from University of Pune. In a career spanning almost 10 years, he has developed competencies in all areas of hospital management including marketing, operations, profit centre management and project planning and implementation.
Starting his career with Sevadham Hospital as an assistant administrator, Mohit subsequently discharged the responsibilities of an administrator with Niramaya Medical Foundation & Research Center, a 100 bedded multi-specialty hospital, having facilities of 16 bedded ICU, Interventional Cardiology, NICU, Burn ICU, and reputed as the biggest hospital in and around Baramati and surrounding 10 tahsils. Before joining to Jeevanti Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Mohit was associated with The Apollo Clinic, Thane as "Center Head".
Prosad Sen
Assistant Manager - Projects
Prosad is a post graduate in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. After graduating from TISS in March 2011, Prosad had a small stint with a start up that gives entrepreneurial training to students, professionals and spirited individuals. He joined Jeevanti in the capacity of Assistant Project Manager in June 2011.
Prosad has worked in the software industry, the healthcare industry, the banking & microfinance and micro-insurance sectors as well as on a few community development projects with the informal workforce. Prosad was awarded the Ashoka Youth Venture Fellowship in 2010 for his initiatives in a social action project with hawkers.
Dr. Reshma Borale
Chief Administrative Officer, Jeevanti Hospital Ambarnath
Dr. Reshma Borale, an illustrious alumni of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, has over 5 years of experience in Hospital Management. Dr. Reshma has discharged exemplary duties in her administrative roles with several internationally accredited multi-speciality hospitals. A rank-holder throughout her academic career, Dr. Reshma is a promising individual who loves to take up new challenges and live up to expectations from the role.
Amruta Godbole
Head - Community Outreach
Amruta is qualified to become a Public Health professional from the University of Pune. She has a vast public health experience for nine years in development sector. Her expertise lies in program management. She has also gathered proficiency in public health research, communication, training, projects design and implementation along with monitoring and evaluation of projects, over the years.
Additionally, she has taught nutrition, disease control programs and other public health subjects in the University of Pune and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) during her career. Currently Amruta heads the Community Outreach Programs of Jeevanti Healthcare in the cities where it runs hospitals.
Dr. Leena Sawant-Thakoor
Chief Administrative Officer, Jeevanti Hospital, Bhiwandi
Dr. Leena a qualified physician (BAMS) and a postgraduate in Hospital Administration from Apollo Hospitals Group, has over 7 years of experience in Hospital Management.
Dr. Leena has worked as an administrator with Jupiter Hospital, a multi-speciality hospital in Thane. Before joining Jeevanti Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Leena was associated with Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo , a 200 bedded tertiary care hospital, where she worked in various administrative capacities in all the departments of hospital in addition to dealing with corporates and TPA's.
