Jeevanti Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in April 2011, is a venture funded company setup with the intention of establishing a chain of 50 bedded secondary care multi-speciality hospitals in underserved towns of Maharashtra and Gujarat.

The promoter Directors of the company are professional managers, with between 20 and 40 years of management experience in various capacities and in different industries; including 7 years each as entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector.
Arun Diaz, Director
Arun Diaz is an entrepreneur in the healthcare sector and is also involved in Venture Capital.
Following a degree in Mathematics and an MBA, Arun worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 28 years in all areas of banking with assignments in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific Region.
Since leaving SCB in late 2001, Arun was briefly Head, Reuters Consulting South Asia before becoming a freelance consultant. Arun is also on the boards of several private limited companies; both in his personal capacity and as a nominee of Aavishkaar Venture Management Services Pvt. Ltd. where he is an advisor. He then started The Apollo Clinic, Thane as a franchisee of Apollo Health & Lifestyles Ltd. with Deepa Chandrasekhar in 2005/06 and gained valuable insights into the working of the healthcare sector.
Deepa Lakshman Chandrasekhar, Director
Deepa Chandrasekhar is an entrepreneur in the healthcare sector and is also an Organization Development Consultant.
Following a Masters degree in Social Work with specialization in Criminology and Justice from TISS, Mumbai, she spent the first 13 years of her career working in the NGO sector on issues of Criminal Justice; Victim Support ; Crime Prevention; Consumer Education; training and developing life skill training programs; in India, UK, and Kenya.
Since 2003, she has been working with the corporate sector as a founder director of Resonate Consulting Pvt. Ltd Mumbai, involved in the behavioural aspects of developing organizations, and, managing organizational change. As a certified Master Coach from the Institute of Behavioural Coaching, Australia, since 2006, her main focus has been coaching. She has coached individuals and groups to take on the responsibilities and challenges of the next level of leadership, and also provides life coaching to senior executives in career transition. With Arun Diaz she promoted Lynx Healthplus Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2005 to become a franchisee of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd.
